  • How do we pay for our Virtual Practice?

    You can pay for any subscription plan of your choice by credit card, debit card, or UPI. The subscription payment should be made before expiry of the free trial of your Virtual Practice. The option to do this is available under your Virtual Practice Account Settings. Renewal payments will be charged to your credit card depending on your preferred billing frequency, either monthly/yearly.

  • Is there an additional cost for Video Consultation streaming?

    Video streaming is available for STANDARD and ULTRA SUBSCRIPTION packages. No separate costs for the video streaming will be applicable in these packages. The subscription package of STANDARD and ULTRA will have the video consultation facility with applicable convenience charges.

  • What are the additional costs for SMS Usage?

    Free SMS services will be available for STANDARD and ULTRA. No separate SMS costs will be applicable but limits on characters will be there, say 300 characters long, exceeding which shall be considered as 2 messages by the SMS service provider. Overall SMS sending costs for BASIC package will be available on demand and will be invoiced at the end of every month. You can opt to turn off certain notifications in your Virtual Practice. Contact should you have any questions.

  • When we need to add more users, how is that billed?

    More users will mean more appointments or more lab test bookings (with first time users).You can add new users to your Virtual Practice any time you need to. The addition of a new appointment or lab test booking will be dependent on the limits set in the package.

  • We would like to have a custom branded Patient mobile app. How do we proceed?

    The custom branded Patient mobile app is an add-on to your Virtual Practice. Email us at if you would like to avail of this option and we will walk you through the necessary steps. Once your custom app is ready to be published online for your patients to download, this add-on option will be invoiced to your account to be paid.

  • If we switch to another plan in the midst of a billing cycle will our payments be adjusted accordingly?

    Yes, the payment amount already made towards the rest of the current billing cycle on your current plan will provide you with additional credits towards your next subscription, earning additional facilities on your next subscription plan.

  • Can we pay for the custom branded Patient mobile app on a monthly basis?

    No, the custom branded Patient mobile app has a one-time payment option. Kindly connect on for more information.

  • Can we cancel our subscription?

    Yes, you can opt to cancel your Virtual Practice subscription at any time. Your current subscription will remain active till the end of the current billing cycle. If you wish to delete your Virtual Practice account before the end of your current billing cycle, contact us at There are no refunds on cancellation of a subscription.

  • After subscribing to one plan, is it possible to change to another plan?

    Yes, it is possible to switch between subscription plans based on the needs of your business.

  • If we switch to another plan in the midst of a billing cycle will our payments be adjusted accordingly?

    Yes, you can switch to upgrade your plan but there will not any refunds for downgrading your subscription. Kindly connect on to know more.

  • We understand that the Virtual Practice supports unlimited patient users. Is that correct?

    The facility for unlimited bookings is available with the ULTRA subscription package. The other two packages namely BASIC and STANDARD come with limitations on the number of bookings per day.

  • Can the application be made available in my preferred language?

    We currently support English. We will soon have all our applications in vernacular.

  • Is the custom branded Patient Mobile App available on all plans?

    The custom branded Patient application can be used irrespective of the subscription packages. Once purchased, you will be able to use the web and mobile version as per your requirements. Contact us to know more
